No — we identify the fabric first and match the process to it. Cottons get controlled-temperature washes, while delicate and lined fabrics are dry-cleaned. Anti-shrink handling is standard on every order.

Yes! Our take-down & re-hang service is available as a small add-on. Our executive unhooks them at pickup and re-hangs them at delivery — you don't touch a ladder.

Every 6 months for homes near main roads or with allergy-prone family members; once a year at minimum for everyone else. Kitchens and smokers' rooms need it more often.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 days since curtains need deep washing, drying and pleat pressing. Express options are available — ask when you book.

Most stains, dust lines and yellowing come out with our spot treatment and deep wash. Very old set-in stains may lighten rather than vanish — we'll assess and tell you honestly before cleaning.
